The TCTC acts as a resource for entrepreneurs and businesses that are seeking a local presence for their  new business startup, or a planned business expansion.  The TCTC is located on the campus of Mayville State University, an innovative University in eastern North Dakota with strong emphasis on information technology.  MSU is the nation's first "Tablet PC" University.
